Emergency Supply List

We require each student to have an "Emergency Supply Kit". The kit wuld be used in case of an emergency in which the student would be unable to return home. It is very important that each kit contain the following bare necessities:

1 Space Emergency Blanket ( Bi-Mart carries these)
2 Snaplights/Glowsticks (Sporting stores carry these)
2 Cheese and Crackers Snack
2 Granola Type Bars
2 Trail Mixes 2 oz
2 Fruit Snacks (2.5 oz)
2 Bottles of Water (16.9 oz.)

It is also essential to include any medication that is taken on a daily basis. The kit should be able to sustain the student for two days, if necessary.

We request that all emergency kits be marked with the child's name, parents' names, home phone number, parents' work numbers and an out of state emergency number. According to the Red Cross it is easier to call out of state during an emergency than in state.

Each Student needs to have a complete Emergency Supply Kit with them on the FIRST day of school! The kits will be stored in the classroom.
